Ricardo started his real estate business in 2012 when he obtained his professional License. He worked for Century 21 in Dorchester helping fulfill the dreams of first time home buyers of diverse ethnic background specially using his skill of Native Spanish speaker.

The process of buying or selling a property for many can be a totally new experience;  full of questions and Ricardo has testimony of that, he once was a first time home buyer and he learned from that experience.

That first experience in the real transaction process made Ricardo realize what customers look for; reassurance, guidance and someone to take care of their personal interest in one of the major investments in someone’s life . Ricardo is aware of these needs and is offering this service in an honest, professional and caring manner.

Now Ricardo decided to join Vogt Realty group from several groups in the parkway area , and he did that analyzing that this company has a lengthy efficient establishment , with a very experience team and he believes he will be  also a good asset to this group.

Ricardo has being living in the Hyde Park area and now for almost 16 years in the Roslindale area, also being very active as staff in the West Roxbury Parkway YMCA. In addition, Ricardo is very familiar with other neighborhoods in and around Boston where he also has been working at several hospitals in the Radiology imaging departments, assimilating the experiences of different  communities that he can pass to his clients in the  real estate business.
